4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Reservation Process

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

• 60+ days before: Full refund minus €50 processing fee
• 30-59 days before: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Company

• Full refund if tour is cancelled
• Alternative dates offered when possible
• Compensation for force majeure events

5.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Same payment method used for refund
• Bank transfer refunds take 3-5 business days

6. Fashion Tour Participation

6.1 Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Parent/guardian consent required for 16-17 year olds
• Special arrangements for families with children

6.2 Health and Fitness

• Participants must be in good health
• Inform us of any medical conditions or allergies

11. Force Majeure
